We stand behind every piece we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your I-JING phone case, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in the original packaging
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

How to Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your phone case for a different model or design. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Custom Orders

Please note that custom-commissioned pieces are non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
